Approach
Transparent, flexible engagements designed for modern businesses
It's time to rethink how you access professional support
Businesses rarely face legal, financial, governance and commercial questions in isolation. Yet professional support is often fragmented between different advisers, each considering only one part of the picture.
Sterling Legal Solutions brings relevant expertise together through two clear engagement models. Choose a Fixed-Fee Engagement for defined work, or an Advisory Membership for ongoing access to coordinated legal, financial, corporate and business support.
What to expect from every engagement
One coordinated advisory relationship
Access to coordinated legal, financial, corporate and business expertise through one relationship.
Commercially grounded advice
Guidance shaped around your objectives, operations and wider business context, not technical issues in isolation.
Transparent scope and fees
Any material change in scope or fees is discussed and agreed with you before further work begins.
Fixed-Fee Engagements
Clear scope and agreed pricing for defined work.
For specific matters or projects, we agree the deliverables, working method, timeline and fee before work begins.
What's included
- Defined scope of work
- Agreed fee for the stated scope
- Clear timeline and deliverables
- Regular updates during the engagement
- A named point of contact
Best suited to

- •Clients who want scope and cost agreed upfront
Advisory Memberships
Ongoing, joined-up support built around your business.
For businesses that need regular access to coordinated legal, financial, corporate and business support without building a full internal advisory team.
What's included
- Scheduled advisory access
- Access to relevant advisers across selected disciplines
- Advance review of questions and documents before scheduled advisory sessions
- Recurring legal, financial, HR, corporate or compliance services where selected
- A clearly defined monthly scope of support
- Coordination with relevant vetted specialists where required

- •Businesses requiring ongoing legal, financial and strategic support
- •Businesses seeking continuity through one coordinated advisory relationship

Membership fees are tailored to the business’s activity, complexity, required services and level of advisory access. Following an initial assessment, we provide a written proposal setting out the recommended membership, scope and monthly fee.
Yes. Every Advisory Membership is tailored to the business. Following an initial assessment, we prepare a written proposal setting out the agreed services, level of advisory support, and any recurring legal, accounting, tax, HR, corporate, technology or business services included. Work outside the agreed scope can still be supported under a separate engagement where required.
Yes. Advisory Members may receive preferential pricing on eligible fixed-fee projects, together with priority assessment and a more efficient scoping process because our team already understands the organisation and its circumstances.
Many defined legal, commercial, accounting and strategic matters can be delivered on a fixed-fee basis. Examples include company formation, commercial contracts, legal consultations, legal strategy, governance and compliance projects, mediation, arbitration support, litigation support, cross-border enforcement strategy, accounting deliverables, tax and VAT work, and market-entry projects.
Businesses rarely face purely legal, financial or operational issues in isolation. An Advisory Membership provides coordinated access to relevant professional disciplines through one relationship, helping reduce duplication, improve continuity and support better-informed business decisions.
