Abdelrahman is the Founder and Managing Partner of Sterling Legal Solutions, a modern boutique legal, corporate and business advisory firm built to bridge the gap between traditional legal services and the commercial realities of today’s global business landscape. His work sits at the intersection of corporate and commercial matters, wealth planning, conflict resolution, and operational strategy, with a particular focus on the UK, Middle East and North Africa.

Before founding Sterling Legal Solutions, Abdelrahman built a diverse foundation in corporate, commercial, real estate, and dispute-resolution work across the UAE, Egypt and the UK. He began his career at Al Mahrous Advocates & Legal Consultancy, a prominent Abu Dhabi based law firm, where he gained hands-on experience advising on commercial matters and supporting high-value transactions. He later broadened his expertise as a Mediator accredited by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, International Mediation Institute and the Civil Mediation Council, developing a strong grounding in structured negotiation and conflict resolution. Abdelrahman then continued his career in London at a well-known boutique SRA-regulated firm. His work spanned corporate and tax advisory, regulatory issues, real estate and civil litigation, exposing him to the demands of fast-growing businesses and international clients. These combined experiences shaped his vision for a modern, commercially minded advisory firm capable of bridging UK, Middle Eastern, and African markets. Alongside his legal experience, Abdelrahman is a visionary and an entrepreneur, building ventures across legal and tech, always exploring how advanced technology, thoughtful regulation, and practical business insight can come together to create smarter systems and better outcomes.
